How do I change my password?

Navigate to your user dashboard by clicking your profile icon in the top right. Select 'Settings' and then 'Security' to update your password.

Why didn't I receive my activation email?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, you can request a new activation link from the login page by clicking 'Resend Activation'.

Ship Tracking

How accurate is the AIS data?

Our AIS data is updated in near real-time, typically within 2-5 minutes of receiving the signal from terrestrial receivers or satellites. However, delays can occur.

Why can't I find a specific ship?

The ship might be out of range of our receivers, turned off its AIS transponder, or might be a smaller vessel not required to broadcast AIS data.

Technical Issues

The port webcams aren't loading.

Some webcams are hosted by third parties and may experience downtime. Try clearing your browser cache or disabling ad-blockers, which sometimes block video streams.

How do I report a bug?
